Inspire2Change is a small very personable business. I am an experienced Certified Master Practioner of NLP, fully insured, and a member of the Professional Guild of Neuro Linguistic programming.

I started my conscious journey of self discovery as a young man. I found everyday life at school very challenging - believing each day that I would be left there never to be picked up by my parents.  I learnt to create a number of belief systems, ensuring I was not a worthwhile person, loosing more and more self-confidence, scared to communicate my true feelings, and my word, those feelings were powerful!

Eventually I reached out for help through family support and friends but still felt desperately unhappy.  At the age of seventeen years old I became fascinated in self development, I started to explore my own being, having a burning curiosity from within, questioning my own beliefs, and how they served me? How were my own fears stopping me doing the things I truly wanted?  Rather than focusing on what I did not want, I became more and more motivated to be the person I aspired to be.  The more I learnt about self discovery the more it made sense, I began to self generate changes that had a huge impact on my well being, career success, relationships and sporting activities.

I was first introduced to coaching / therapy based work in 2000 in the form of Transactional analysis, however it was  Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in 2006 which was the beginning of a journey that was about to change the course of my life both personally and professionally.

Thanks to working with some inspiring individuals, I started to find the inner strength and self belief  to take steps to free myself and my children to a more positive place in life, where I was in control of my destiny - to live my dreams. This was the beginning of a curiosity for me to find out more about NLP as I wanted to help others who were facing challenges in their lives.

I have had a highly successful career both in sales, management and life coaching. I continue to approach my work with much flexibility, enthusiasm and passion, with the view that everyone has the resources within them.  

Many coaches give themselves a higher status, claiming what they can do for you.  My constant objective is to naturally give my clients the ability to go beyond their issues creating exceptional results. When clients realise that they have the ability to move forward in their lives, replacing old beliefs with new exciting ones, carving new pathways towards goals, dreams, and wonderful outcomes the transformation in mind and spirit is often life changing.
